This role is to be Gabrielle Judge's assistant!
Part Time, 3 or 4 days a week | Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Thursday
Hourly: $20-30 an hour
The ideal candidate would be someone with a thorough understanding in social media, project management and administrative business tasks
Must have experience using Google Suite Apps (Gmail, Google Drive and Google Docs), CRMs, and Notion or the willgness to learn quickly
Must posses strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be a self-starter, able to take action to get the job/task done, and not afraid to ask questions
Must be willing to communicate what working conditions and feedback style is needed and overall advocating for themselves
Must have strong organizational skills
Must have experience/background in social media and brand partnerships
Must be comfortable using ChatGPT and other online resources to find an answer and/or solution
I am looking for an assistant to help me manage my brand partnerships, content production and administrative tasks
This individual will need to be organized and communicative in all aspects of this role
The main functions of this role would be to manage and organize my email inbox, manage campaign deadlines and assist in content batching days
This will be a freelance/consultant role, remote opportunity these materials would include invoices, brand partnership recap reports and brand partnership testimonial requests
Record all important deadlines & dates for the partnership in Notion (shared online workspace)
Remind me of important deadlines for the week
Communicate with brands if a deadline needs to be adjusted or is behind schedule
Assist with the overall schedule for content batching days making sure all required shots/videos get filmed setting up the content batching schedule for maximum efficiency
Labeling emails appropriately/accurately
Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
Drafting pitch emails to brands
Following up with brands
Importing brands' contact information into automated email camapigns for outreach
Completing intake forms for Gabrielle's podcast invites and any other business development invitations
Occasionally execute personal tasks for Gabrielle like setting appointments, flight scheduling, etc..
Sometimes be Gabrielle's therapist (this is a joke)
This is the stuff that would get you to a $25 an hour rate or more! But is not required.
Video editing - specifically rough cuts for short form videos to be published on TikTok & Instagram accounts
E commerce assistance - product listings with SEO, support on developing new products, customer service, and link in bio management
Social media strategy - content planning for Gabrielle's TikTok, Anti Work Girlboss' Instagram, and Gabrielle's clients.

Gabrielle explains her "anti-work" concepts to encourage others to ask for more and priortize their happiness. Gabrielle is fascinated by everyone's expectations around work and money. She spent the last 3 and half years in big tech and recently made the switch to run AWGB and her content business full time.
